The disappearance of Hollynn Snapp has become one of the most closely followed missing persons cases in Tennessee. Hollynn was just 19 years old when she vanished in October 2023 after spending time at a residence on Bell Ridge Drive in Kingsport. More than two years later, investigators say the case remains active, and her family continues to search for answers.

Who Is Hollynn Snapp?

Hollynn Snapp was born with developmental challenges, and family members have said she functioned at a much younger age level. Despite her vulnerabilities, she maintained frequent contact with her mother and former foster family. According to relatives, it was highly unusual for Hollynn to go more than a day without calling or texting.

Her disappearance has drawn widespread attention because of both her young age and the circumstances surrounding her last known whereabouts.

Family Raises Alarm

When Hollynn failed to contact anyone for several weeks, her family filed a missing persons report with the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office on October 22, 2023.

Suspected Circumstances

Family members have publicly stated that witnesses told them Hollynn may have been assaulted shortly before she vanished. They have also released recordings and timelines they believe reveal inconsistencies in statements given about Hollynn’s final days.

These allegations have not been confirmed by law enforcement, and investigators have not announced a definitive theory regarding what happened.

Hollynn’s family continues to maintain the “Hope for Hollynn” campaign and urges anyone with information to come forward.

Why Hollynn’s Case Continues to Draw Attention

Hollynn’s disappearance resonates with many because she was a vulnerable young woman who maintained close ties with her family and vanished without explanation. Facebook Post:
Hollynn Snapp has been missing from Kingsport, TN, since October 5th, 2023, when she was last seen at a home on Bell Ridge Drive.

Some reports initially stated that she had disappeared after getting into an altercation at a party, but according to a PI, witnesses later reported that Hollynn was seen in the basement of the home, injured and barely breathing, after she was physically assaulted by an older male.

I can’t answer which story is true or why nobody called for help at the time; the only thing known for sure is that Hollynn has not been seen since.

Hollynn was 19 years old at the time. She was tiny and is said to have had the mindset of someone much younger, making her easily manipulated and vulnerable.

I believe others have more information.

If you know something about Hollynn’s disappearance or the events that transpired, I am begging you to speak up. It may be too late to save her, but it is not too late to give her some of her dignity back.
