19-year-old Shacaiah Blue Harding was last seen on July 23rd, 2018 walking on Buena Vista Drive in Billings, Montana around 4pm. The Northern Cheyenne teen hasn’t been seen since.

Shacaiah, who often went by Blue, had been spending a lot of her time at the Tumbleweed Runaway Center in Billings. She had recently been struggling with an addiction to meth and had been diagnosed with meth-induced schizophrenia as a result. The center had been helping her deal with those issues. Originally it was reported she was last seen at the center but it was determined that she was actually seen on Buena Vista Drive (According to maps there is no Buena Vista Drive, only Avenue, however news reports say Drive. I’m going to use Buena Vista Avenue until it’s shown to be incorrect), 2.6 miles from Tumbleweed, near Mystic Park.

Investigators discovered that a bus ticket to Grand Junction, Colorado was purchased at the bus station in downtown Billings in Shacaiah’s name sometime during the 4th of July weekend. It’s unknown if the ticket was used or if it’s even connected to her disappearance. Shacaiah was an active user of social media. She last posted what some describe as a cryptic message and her social media activity ceased afterwards. One ex-boyfriend has said he video chatted with her in September 2018. Her family says that despite her addiction and mental health issues Shacaiah stayed in touch with her large, close-knit family.

Shacaiah Blue Harding was born November 28th, 1998. She is from the Northern Cheyenne Nation with black hair and brown eyes. She was 5’4 and 125 lbs at the time. She may spell her name Shakaiah or use the last name Haughtyng. Shacaiah is described as a free-spirited and unique teen who didn’t care what people thought of her. She loved to dance and sing and enjoyed doing makeup and hair. Shacaiah is listed as # MP52378 in NamUs.
