Meredith Ann Medina was born October 29, 1972, and described as a Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen at her home in Midwest City, Oklahoma on February 14, 1989, at age 16. Officials classified her disappearance as an endangered runaway, meaning she left of her own accord or under circumstances that couldn’t be clearly categorized.

Meredith has a scar on the left side of her forehead, may wear eyeglasses, and was last known by the nicknames “Mere” or “Ann.”

On February 14, 1989, 16-year-old Meredith Ann Medina went missing from Midwest City, Oklahoma.

She was reportedly last seen at her family’s residence. Authorities at the time believed Meredith was a runaway. It’s unclear if her case is still being actively investigated to this day and if any movement has occurred over the years on her Social Security number to prove authorities’ runaway theory.
